This is a flywheel bolt that was used on the Austin Healey Sprite 1275 and MG Midget 1275 to 1974.It is a good idea to change these bolts out everytime you remove the flywheel.A failure of one of these bolts could lead to a very dangerous situation.Six are needed per car.Cross Reference 1275
